Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of many hurricane protection products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Custom Orders

Custom-sized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return once production has begun.

Standard Products

Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Please contact us promptly if products arrive damaged or defective.
